The Winn Building is for older adults who wish to remain independent, but also enjoy the safety and convenience of living in a planned community. Our beautiful Victorian manor manages to be both elegant and inviting, with clubrooms in which to exercise, or play cards, and small lounges near your apartment to gather with old friends, and make new ones. Studio, one or two bedroom apartments, all have full kitchens with built-in ovens. And  all have exterior views of the beautifully landscaped acreage.
